With Apple's Wallet on the iPhone (formerly Passbook), you can digitize and use discount cards, airline tickets, cinema cards and other customers on iPhone and IPad.
What is Wallet?
The wallet is a free iOS app for iPhone and iPod touch, which has been available on iPhone since iOS 6. You can find some apps for wallet in this article. The app, you can add all kinds of tickets, customer cards, and coupons. Think for example:

Wallet and Apple Pay

Apps with Wallet support
There are already the necessary apps with built-in Wallet support, although the offer is not spacious. We'll explain a few:
The official Apple Store app (link) uses Wallet. If you make an appointment for the Genius Bar at the Apple Store or you can save your appointment in the app. This is also true if you register for workshops and events.
With the official KLM app (link) You can book a flight and see your bookings and flight details. If you check in online, you can also get your e-boarding pass in the app. No more searching for your boarding pass, because you always have it with you.
With the Expedia app (link) you book hotels and tickets for air travel. Tickets you've booked can easily be saved in your iPhone.
Booking (link) is the most extensive website for finding hotel accommodation. From the app, you can reserve immediately and save your reservation via Wallet.
Groupon (link) is a favorite app that maps out discount deals at a variety of different stores. If you redeem your rebate using the app, you can save it in the app.
The official app of Pathé (link) also has support. This means that your cinema tickets that you buy via the app are stored in Wallet immediately. Instead of a paper card, you can show your iPhone.
With OV balance (link) You use the app to show the balance of your OV-.
Eventbrite (link) is a popular service used for organizing (major) events. The iPhone app allows you to store the access ticket of an event for which you have registered immediately in Wallet.
